（中央社記者游凱翔台北13日電）台北市議員今天召開記者會，抨擊柯文哲8日與童子賢、蔡明忠見面並無登錄市府行程，認為「這不是密會，那什麼才叫密會」。

台北市長柯文哲8日與和碩科技董事長暨誠品大股東童子賢、富邦董座蔡明忠見面，就商場、旅館產權做出協議，此舉遭外界質疑是密會，更指出「為何『馬趙密會』不可以，『蔡柯密會』就可以」。

台北市議員王鴻薇、李彥秀今天召開記者會，為了解這場見面是否是密會，特別向文化局調閱市府行程資料，發現8日三方的見面並無登錄行程，抨擊「這不是密會，那什麼才叫密會」。

李彥秀表示，依照BOT契約，富邦也只有經營權，若非台北市政府放行，誠品怎麼跟富邦購買產權，為何不是北市府收回經營權或終止契約。

李彥秀質疑，為什麼身為主辦機關的台北市府可以同意誠品對商場及旅館部分「改租為買」、順利取得產權，讓人不解廉政委員會的標準何在。

王鴻薇、李彥秀認為，柯文哲選前承諾打造公開透明的政府，未來也應該將市府首長與企業主見面的過程公開，並建立一套制度，讓市府官員、律師、政風處、民意代表到場監督，避免落人口舌。

王鴻薇強調，若北市府認為權利金不合理，應將台北文創大樓商場與旅館收回後重新招標、以示公平。1040513
